*For New Members Only* The Concord Swim Club is a seasonal private neighborhood swim club in Concord, North Carolina. Our pool season kicks off Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day. A membership to our club entitles you to the full use of the pool, an opportunity for your children to join the award-winning Breakers Swim Team, the option to rent the deck for events and the use of our deck area for BBQs for family functions or other events.

* Family Membership: Immediate family in the same household. "Immediate family", in this connection, shall be deemed to include only, by way of limitation, the spouse and the unmarried children of the member, (provided that "children" as used herein shall include minors living in the household of member who stands in loco parentis to said minor) and shall also include brothers, sisters, and parents of the member or of the member's spouse, who are permanent residents of the member's household. Proof of residence is required. Agreements

Annual dues and/or special assessments are determined by the Board prior to each season, as is the due date. Members who permit their annual dues to become delinquent shall relinquish their memberships if they do not pay the following year's dues plus all delinquent dues and any special assessments, if they apply, by the due date set by Board of Directors. New members are selected by the Board of Directors from the applications on hand and are issued invitations to join, at which time financial obligations to the Club must be met. The Membership Chair will then issue a Certificate Number to the new member. This entitles the member and others as defined in the membership level to the full use and privileges of the Corporation. Prospective members are required to furnish the above information and to list above.
